Meet Lane Dixon, Founder, Coast Hosting
“A fresh, considered philosophy and creative approach to holiday accommodation management on the Central Coast.”
When owner and founder Lane Dixon and her husband Dan made the move from Sydney to the Central Coast in 2019, they discovered more than new surrounds. They discovered an opportunity to change up an industry and Coast Hosting was born soon after.
It was during a search for a holiday property management service for their own portfolio that Lane was inspired. With fewer options available she fast realised a gap in the market for a provider on the Central Coast that could deliver the same high level of service experienced in the city.
Lane leant on her experience in the Australian property industry which spans over 20 years and includes digital real estate marketing, real estate sales and property management. It was with this background she was able to bring her knowledge, expertise and vision to the table and change the way people holidayed on the Coast.
Coast Hosting quickly built a reputation for providing a consistent, quality, high-end service and their boutique portfolio of carefully selected homes continues to grow today.
Meet Katharine Ettenhoffer, Partner Central Coast, Coast Hosting
Having lived on the Central Coast of NSW for the past 16 years, Katharine noticed a gap in the modern market for a bespoke and tailored approach to holiday property management. It is with this desire combined with the philosophy and values of Coast Hosting that ensure a well curated and memorable experience for all guests and clients which epitomises the true essence of heartfelt moments and memories.
Katharine has built her career over the past 25 years within the Australian real estate industry and has held senior leadership roles in corporate real estate while working in real estate sales, operations, property investment management, training and consulting. As a property owner with a true passion for luxe hospitality, Katharine understands the importance of professional and local knowledge, advice and working collaboratively with her clients to ensure they feel supported and guided.
Katharine is on a quest to deliver the finest experience for her clients and to ensure their investment is performing and maximised while mitigating any associated risks that potentially comes from property ownership in the Holiday sector.
